前台辦入住的服務員是印度人，真的非常考驗聽力且服務非常一般衹能説很一般。地理位置湊合，周邊吃的還是比較多的。出門右轉是紅磚街brick lane有很多中古店可以逛。距離利物浦街車站要走路十來分鐘左右，不過還好。

I was impressed from the moment I entered the hotel. The safety of the guests was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. But most importantly, I was impressed with the service of the staff. Everyone was very attentive to the customers.

該酒店位置在倫敦市東區，屬於較多印度人區域但性價比高，餐廳較多，附近幾個地鐵站都很近，但若提大行李切勿從Aldgate East進出（沒有電梯），一般交通出行都還算方便。在這住了3晚，在倫敦基本上都用iPhone綁信用卡，出行電車、地鐵、公車都很方便，前往倫敦塔橋、大笨鐘、西敏寺等都沒問題。早餐尚可，房間整潔，進出旅客也很多是歐美來遊玩，服務人員很多是印度裔，基本上態度都很親切，也會介紹酒店附近一些餐廳（尤其是印度餐廳問他們絕對正確）。 This hotel is located in London's East End, an area with a high Indian population, but it offers excellent value. It's close to several subway stations and a wealth of restaurants. However, if carrying large luggage, avoid entering or exiting through Aldgate East （there's no elevator）. Transportation is generally convenient. I stayed there for three nights. While in London, I mostly used my iPhone, which was linked to a credit card. The tram, subway, and bus routes were convenient. I had no trouble getting to Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and other places. The breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean, and many guests were European and American. The staff, many of whom were of Indian descent, were generally friendly and willing to recommend nearby restaurants （especially Indian ones, so ask them and they'll be the best bet）.

員工都親切有禮，雖然是個主打短期住宿的商務型酒店，人多，但員工有問必答。地理位置轉角就是綠線和粉線Aldgate east 站，3號出口出來轉角就是酒店。King’s cross 火車站5個站粉線到酒店。房間大小合適，2人特大床房2個大行李箱可以打開。早餐食物選擇多，熱冷食都有。不錯。可連住6晚早餐都一樣，問酒店員工回覆説是因為主打短住商務客的緣故所以早餐沒變化。酒店走路700米左右有幾間中餐館，試了西安棒棒麵，麵食都好吃，煎餃和水餃不行。隔壁有間肖爺麵店反而餃子和生煎包好吃，麵食就輸。總之，度過了一個愉快的假期。謝謝歡朋。

Book for kings room but been told arrange our room at LG floor make us feel a bit disappointed. Nice free breakfast and nice bed. Hotel is near station but rough location at night time.
